Monday Cute: This Cat Makes for the Comfiest Kitten Bed in the World

I’ve never seen anything like this before, and I look at a lot of cats on the Internet.

Originally posted on Tumblr by user dennsogaki, the gifset shows one of the most adorable scenes that I can imagine: an adult cat sprawled belly-up with its tail twitching contentedly (when cats show their bellies, that generally means that they feel safe and relaxed). Zoned out in blissful repose atop the cat is a tiny kitten positioned in almost exactly the same fashion. dennsogaki captioned the post in Turkish, “Yatak çok güzel ;)”

I can watch these gifs and feel instantly soothed—I think that tail has hypnotic powers—but the post somehow got even better after another Tumblr user, dandalf-thegay, translated the caption into English and added it to the post:

“The bed is very nice.” Isn’t it just? This is probably my favorite cat content on the entire Internet right now, which is saying a lot. I’m quite sure that a primary reason the Internet exists is to share media containing cats.

Happy Monday! May you know comfort like this very nice bed.
