The CW’s First The Flash Trailer Is Damn Near Perfect [VIDEO]

The first trailer for Arrow spinoff The Flash starts off all Chariots of Fire epic—slow-mo, intense music—and then bam! Goofy Flash! There is nothing about this promo that doesn’t work for me. Take notes, Selfie.

In addition to this video, CW has released its fall schedule. The Flash will air at 8 on Tuesdays as Supernatural‘s lead-in, while Arrow is keeping its Wednesday at 8 timeslot. Exact dates have not yet been announced. In other CW news, president Mark Pedowitz totally hasn’t given up on doing a Supernatural spinoff after they decided not to pick up Bloodlines. Good luck with that.
