Things We Saw Today: John Barrowman’s Eisner Awards Cosplay is Perfect

John Barrowman (most recently of Arrow fame, though we’re going to be seeing a lot more of him across the total of four CW DC shows going into the new season) hosted the Eisner Awards last night and graced everyone present with his cosplays of choice (created by geek apparel designer Elhoffer Design!) which included Zapp Brannigan from Futurama, Harley Quinn’s classic jester suit and the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl herself (seen above). • Apparently Marvel is going to shuffle its past flop of a property called Ghost Rider over to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. (via The Playlist)
• Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle duke it out in this latest trailer for Injustice 2. (via GeekTyrant)
• More DC animated films are on the way after The Killing Joke, including one for those Teen Titans as well as a solo Harley Quinn movie. (via ComingSoon.net)
• This new device will tell you where you’ve missed a spot while applying sunblock. Given how many of my loved ones have already gotten burned to a crisp this summer, maybe I should look into this as a potential stocking stuffer. (via Neatorama)
