Here’s a cool pic making the rounds on social media: it’s the very first official image of Superman and Supergirl together, on set while shooting the second season of The CW’s Supergirl! Are you excited to see Tyler Hoechlin’s rendition of the character? According to what he told Entertainment Weekly, he didn’t even have to audition–they just asked him if he was interested, and he was like, “Yeah, absolutely. I’m obviously a fan.” (via EW)
- The Food and Drug Administration is pulling a bunch of antibacterial soaps from the market, after manufacturers failed to prove that antibacterial soaps are actually more effective than normal soap. Finally, after years of us all hearing from our science-minded friends about how antibacterial soaps could do more harm than good!
