Things We Saw Today: Sense8 Set to Return Just In Time For the Holidays!
According to the official Sense8 Facebook page, the Wachowski’s hit show returns to Netflix for a second season filled with glorious LGBTQIA, gender, and ethnic representation, bananas sci-fi, sex-positivity, and a message about human connection that we could all really use right now. The show will be back December 23, just in time for the holidays! Check out the Facebook page for additional images posted by the show!
- In the opposite of “human connection” news, A.V. Club has an article that goes inside “fashwave” which is apparently the musical genre that provides the soundtrack to neo-Nazi by.
- Community Christian Church in Tempe, AZ doubled-down on being welcoming to the LGBTQIA community after a man who said he was emboldened by Donald Trump went into the church during a service to scream hate speech. (via The Daily Dot)
