We wrote about Rogue One’s Riz Ahmed’s goal to start 2017 with support for Syria through the Karam Foundation not too long ago, and yesterday the actor posted a celebratory post announcing that their efforts have raised over $100,000! Today especially is a day to aid refugees, so if you have the means, this is both a great cause and a chance to win some really cool prizes! You can go to the the donation page here.

  • Two Rogue One spinoff novels will dive into the backstories of Jyn Erso and our favorite space couple Baze and Chirrut. Jyn’s titled Rebel Rising is by Beth Revis, and the second, titled Guardians of the Whills is by Greg Rucka. (via Daily Dot)
