Things We Saw Today: Bill Nye Blooper Reel Will Brighten Up Your Evening

If you watched the Super Bowl yesterday, then you may have seen a commercial for Persil ProClean detergent starring Bill Nye. The fine folks behind the commercial released a behind-the-scenes blooper reel that’s just all kinds of adorable.

• Speaking of nerdery (and when are we not), apparently there’s a movie in the works about standing in line for Star Wars. It’s not exactly a documentary—nor is it going to be like Rory Gilmore’s ill-fated writing assignment—and it promises to be a pretty funny Fanboys-esque look into hardcore fan life. • Oh, and about lines: Funko’s coming out with their brand new Steven Universe-themed “Wave 2” line of Pops toys. Connie looks so hecking cool.

Thanks to the folks at Total Film and GamesRadar, we’ve got another peek at the partial Justice League hero lineup. Maybe it was something about the set they’re standing in or the way they’re lined up, but when I first scrolled by this image, I totally thought it was just a Guardians of the Galaxy screenshot. I mean, look at the architecture! (via Collider)

• Joan Baez spoke to the Rolling Stone about the importance of protests and what we can expect from life in Trump’s America.
• Apparently Kanye West is no longer a Donald Trump fan, and has deleted every tweet referencing the demagogue. I miss the old Kanye. (via TMZ… yeah, I know.)
