- Action Labs is picking up The Garlicks–a comic telling the story of Pandora Garlick, a young girl who is trying to find a way to stand out in her otherwise very talented family. Also they’re all vampires. The series will be an “all-ages vampire tale” with bright colors, a big heart, and a lot of personality, written and illustrated by Lea Hernandez. (via The Beat)
- Apparently, it’s so hot in Phoenix, Arizona right now that one local news station was able to bake cookies on the dashboard of a car. If you think the heat is unbearable where you are, you can be happy you’re not made of cookie dough right now!
