Joe Penna (aka MysteryGuitarMan) must be some kind of genius, because he solved nearly 1300 Rubik’s Cubes about 1000 times to create this ridiculously adorable animated video. It’s about a robot falling in love, and it’s got a super cute chiptune soundtrack that seriously brightened up my day. Hats (or antennae?) off to him and Jeff Schweikart who masterfully handled the animation. (via The Verge)

  • Artist Orlando Arocena has a limited run of these fantastic Marvel Civil War prints featuring Iron Man and Captain America. Move quick, there’s only 40 of ’em up. (via GeekAlerts)
  • With rumors of an Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Cats revival on Broadway, I’d like to humbly submit this for consideration as a new showstopper.
  • One theater in Queens, New York has been open around the clock since Furious 7 opened on Thursday night. We reviewed Furious 7 on Tuesday, and I guess there are a ton more people who would totally Furious again. And again. And again.

In case you weren’t aware, today is Robert Downey Jr.’s 50th birthday. I’ll be honest, I spent a while thinking about what to say, but these just describe him so much better than I ever could.

Happy birthday, you.
