Things We Saw Today: AMWRRO Doesn’t Need Any More Koala Mittens

A call went out recently asking for mittens for koalas whose paws were burned in brush fires. Because that’s so freaking adorable and tragic the Internet reacted rather effusively. Now the Australian Marine Wildlife Research & Rescue Organization would like people to please stop sending them mittens and send them money instead. (via Buzzfeed)
