Things We Saw Today: Tiny Batman Clones
Things We Saw Today
Batman, Batman, Batman. We always knew this was what you really had in mind when you created Batman Inc. (and why some of us still have a thorn in our paw over certain members of the Bat-family and their *ahem* exclusion through the years). Shortpacked’s David Willis knocks it out of the park again with today’s strip. Here’s the full view:
Love the expectant look from Stephanie Brown.
- While we’re on the subject of Batman, Our Valued Customers also has a fantastic related piece today. It harkens back to the Catwoman/Batman “love scene” from Catwoman #1 and sadly, was said by a real person.
Hands down the best excuse for turning up unprepared for school. “Zombies at my homework…and me!” From namesjames (James Ryman) on DeviantArt, this one is titled, “Student Body.”
- Did you get to watch the season finale of Doctor Who over the weekend? Well now you’re prepared to read River Song’s Chronology, from River’s Own Point of View. Perhaps it will make that timey-wimey relationship make a little more sense. Then again, you might walk away even more confused.
Artist James Hance always has something fun up his sleeve in the way of pop-culture mash-ups. This time is no different.
The work in progress is called “Time Story,” and yes, that’s Toy Story and Doctor Who wrapped up in one hilarious bundle for you. And I love that they are Amy’s toys.
- And last but not least, SNL grants us not one, not two, but THREE more apologies from Netflix which rival the real one in their absurdity. Oh, Netflix, one day you’ll learn.
