Things We Saw Today: Berlin Syndrome Trailer a Truly Terrifying Glimpse Into What Really Scares Women
Berlin Syndrome, starring Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies, Hacksaw Ridge) and Max Riemelt (Sense8), has its first trailer out in the world today, and it looks terrifying. In the film, “a young Australian girl named Clare, who shares a romantic night with a man she meets in Berlin…wakes up to find that he’s keeping her prisoner in his apartment.” Judging by the trailer alone, Australian director Cate Shortland delivers a taut, tense thriller that delivers on what women find truly frightening.
