The Mary Sue Reacts: The International Trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Did you watch the new international trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens? You can watch it right along with me, above, as I clap my hands in glee at how cute BB-8 is. There’s some new footage in this version of the trailer, as well as a new song — not as stirring as the previous trailer’s song, I don’t think, but much more action-packed and fast-paced to fit the tone of the new footage.
The many new shots on display include: a more detailed look at Kylo Ren’s lightsaber, Cheewwiiiiie, a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it shot of Leia in the war room with Poe Dameron and C-3PO, plus still no Luke Skywalker.
