Our First Look at James McAvoy and Daniel Radcliffe Making a Monster in Victor Frankenstein

It's alive!

20th Century Fox has finally pulled back the curtain on its latest creation, and they’ve created a monster—us—as we rabidly clamor for more old-timey Dan Rad and James McAvoy.

Victor Frankenstein shambles into theaters on October 2 of this year with McAvoy starring in the (inexplicably spelled—do they think audiences are afraid of the letter k?) title role of Viktor Von Frankenstein with Radcliffe as his faithful assistant Igor. This retelling of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein is done from Igor’s perspective, so brace yourself for some weird origin story and a lot of Dan Radcliffe in snazzy, old-fashioned suits.

What do you think, gang? Can Dan Rad and James McAvoy breathe new life into Frankenstein?
