Make Your Walls USB Compatible

Recommended Videos

Yes, those are USB ports in that picture.  No, it’s not Photoshop.  This exists.  Or it will.  Once approved for product safety.

According to retailer FastMac, you could even install one yourself.  Maybe.

“We will have an installation video available shortly so that you can see exactly what is involved and if this is something you feel comfortable doing on your own or if you will need assistance.”

So, how much do you like risking electrocution?  And who wants to put one in my wall?

The “TruePower U-Socket power outlet station” has two USB charge ports in addition to the standard pair three pronged outlets.  It is expected to available in the second quarter of 2010.

The outlet’s FastMac product page can be found here.

She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
