This Was That Time Barbara Walters Interviewed the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [Video]

An oldie but a goody! Back in 1991, when the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were promoting their second live-action movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, the post-adolescent anthropomorphic reptilian martial artists sat down with none other than iconic journalist Barbara Walters, who would later say almost 20 years later: “I do not want to go down in history for interviewing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” Would she have felt the same way about interviewing Casey Jones (Elias Koteas)? Pfffft — she would have made him call her “Princess.”
