[Update 11/22/13] Game 10 is above, but be sure to check out separate post for the game for more information and the interactive board.
[Update 11/19/13] We’ve decided to make a separate post for each game of the series. This will make it easier for us to update with information on individual games. We’ve included the stream for Game 8 above, and have a separate post for it as well. After the game, that post is where we will update with any relevant information and post the interactive chessboard for the game.
[Update] – We found the official stream via YouTube, and have included it in place of the original feed we had from Twitch. Also, Android users can watch the championship through this app from the Google Play Store, and iPad users can get this official app from iTunes. Happy chess watching, everyone!
[Update – 11/9/13 7:43 PM ET] – Game 1 ended in a draw by repetition that seemed to favor Carlsen, who was in a tough spot after Anand got knight to C4. There are a lot more games to come during the matchup with Game 2 kicking off Sunday morning at 4:30 AM. If anyone feels like chatting over Twitter while the match is going on, Senior Editor Glen Tickle will be tweeting form his personal account @glentickle.
[Update = 11/10/13 4:30 AM] Game 2 is underway! Watch live above, and if you missed Game 1 you can catch that video right here.
The 2013 World Chess Championship between defending champion Viswanathan Anand and currently number-one-ranked challenger Magnus Carlsen will begin tomorrow morning at 4:30AM EST. They’re scheduled to play 12 games over the course of the month, and if 4:30 is a little early for you, you should be able to find video from the streams on the Chess Network YouTube channel.
