It’s a good day to be a fan. It’s a good day to be a fan of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Walking Dead and Harry Potter to be exact. We’ve stumbled across a slew of opportunities that will allow you to gain access to a world geeks only dream of.

First up, how’d you like to be animated into The Clone Wars? Now’s your chance. Head to JoinTheJedi.com and upload 20 seconds worth of yourself showing off your very best lightsaber moves. If you turn out to be the Chosen One, your moves will be incorporated into a future episode and win an awesome lightsaber. You have until October 31st to upload your video and the contest is only open to those between the ages of 6-17. Did you hear that? It’s as if millions of voices suddenly cried out…

Next, AMC is holding another chance for you to win a stagger-on role for the next season of The Walking Dead, go to TheWalkingDeadSweepstakes.com to enter. The winner gets the role, roundtrip airfare and lodgings for the winner and a guest (take me!) and $500 spending cash. Let’s just hope the show gets a Season 3.

And finally, for those in the New York area this weekend, a very special treat. Actor Daniel Radcliffe will be taping a segment for a televised Harry Potter tribute to air during this year’s Spike TV’s Scream Awards and he needs fans help. There is a limit of 1000 tickets that will be available free to those that sign up at the website. You enter the promo code POTTER to learn the time and location of the event. Must be 18 years or older for this one.

Good luck to all who enter!
