NASA is all set to announce the return of human spaceflight to the United States today at 4PM EDT. For years, they’ve relied on Russian spacecraft to bring astronauts to and from the ISS, but that relationship has grown strained (and expensive), so they’re about to reveal the details of how the U.S. will restart operations to bring astronauts to outer space in 2017.
