As part of their series “Hollywood Sessions,” the LA Times and EPIX have partnered to get Hollywood types together for chats about big Hollywood issues. And here’s a preview of their chat with five big name actress/directors (Jessica Chastain, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Emily Blunt, Jennifer Aniston, and Shailene Woodley), who were invited to talk about the dearth of women’s stories in Hollywood and the continuing surprise the industry continues to have about successful lady-led films.
Unfortunately, no matter what we try, this video clip doesn’t seem to want to get any bigger, much like the percentage of women writing produced scripts in Hollywood today. The full screen button works, though!
