It really threw a lot of people for a loop when the first Jurassic World trailer showed Chris Pratt as Owen Grady riding his motorcycle with a bunch of raptors. When you think about it, and when you check out this rad new poster that the studio released today, it all just seems… right.

  • During a panel last night at Star Wars Celebration, Mark Hamill spoke about being “drafted” into being in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. He said, “It’s like I was drafted. Can you imagine if for some reason I said that I don’t think I want to do it?   • If you’re looking for ways to up your pen-and-paper RPG cred, and you just so happen to have a 3D printer around, you need to check out Miguel Zavala’s free Dungeons and Dragons 3D printer designs. They’re all based on the drawings and pictures shown in the Monster Manual, for that extra bit of authenticity. (via Nerdist)
  • The folks over at Apartment Therapy had some fun with the Blogadilla Swedish Furniture Name Generator, putting in the names of a bunch of characters from Game of Thrones. It’s great how Khal Drogo only gets umlauts attached to his name. (via Winter Is Coming)

Furious 7 won us over, and this mashup trailer is doing the same. IGN has created an incredibly fun mashup trailer. It’s the hilarious collision of two worlds. One world is completely cartoonish, over-the-top, ridiculous, and mostly made of CGI, and the other is Cars. (via The Daily Dot)
