As the man himself says, it’s been a big week for many, many people in the LGBT community. But John Oliver is aware that the struggle isn’t quite over, especially for those in the T part of that acronym.

Oliver’s segment touches on most of the talking points that have come up regarding trans rights in the past few years. From the “great bathroom debate” (actually not so great, seriously, just let us pee) to trans people serving in the military, he goes over it all. It’d be nice to see more on the unique challenges trans people of color (especially trans women) face, but fine, this is a step.

The fight isn’t over, folks. Thanks, Oliver, you cheeky genius, for reminding everyone else about that fact.
