This new promo for Season 3 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn’t tease a whole lot, but what it does show is pretty exciting. First off is Daisy/Quake’s new look: that spunky, short haircut totally suits her, doesn’t it? Chloe Bennett was definitely nervous about chopping off her locks for the show, but she’s totally killing it.
Speaking of killing it, this promo makes it look like like AoS might be back to their monster-of-the-week formula, if only just for the first few episodes. Considering how the last season ended and the setup involved, that’s not too surprising. But show veterans might remember how that almost sounded the death knell for the show in its first season, when it was scrambling to find its footing.
The show absolutely deserves the benefit of the doubt here, though, as AoS has a real knack for surprising its fans when they least expect it. Will you be tuning in for the season premiere on September 29th?
Also, uh … does anyone else notice who’s missing, here? Hmm.
