Last night, several of the cast members of The Force Awakens hopped on Twitter (along with director J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm pres Kathleen Kennedy) to answer some fan questions in a Q&A that effectively served to continue to get us all excited. (There’s less than two weeks to go and I cannot even.)
Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford had some pretty adorable anecdotes about returning from the original trilogy (true to form, Carrie’s responses were perfectly hilarious):

Although fans got angry at Ford for supposedly spoiling the movie, I’m not really sure what there is to spoil that we haven’t already seen multiple times in various trailers and TV spots? And since this is coming through the official Star Wars account, I’m also pretty sure they would have vetted that statement before choosing to send it out into the Twitter-verse. But anyway.
J.J. Abrams had an adorable interaction with a young fan via video, while Kathleen Kennedy confirmed that casting is already happening for Episode VIII!
John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie, Lupita Nyong’o and even R2-D2 also shared some of their favorite memories from working on the film (before this gets too long, I’ll just direct all of you to the Twitter feed so you can read through for yourselves)–but the highlight of the evening had to be when a fan asked Ridley and Isaac to duet and they willingly obliged, giving us a small snippet of what a musical version of The Force Awakens could look like:
