The 20th anniversary of Pokémon is coming this weekend (February 27), and Nintendo’s got the European Union trademark database (which is way more visually pleasing to look through than ours. Get it together, America), with the above logos for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. With the trademarks popping up so close to the Direct, it’s a good bet that we’ll be seeing the games in some form tomorrow.

On the other hand, it seems that the Direct will only be five minutes in length, so we’re probably not going to see much of them. The reasoning behind such a short presentation is anyone’s guess, but it’s certainly possible that they’re going to interact with the mobile/console hybrid nature of the NX in some way and will have to wait for a full reveal with the new console at this year’s E3.

Hopefully, we’ll find out more tomorrow.
