This weekend is San Diego Comic-Con, and you know what that means: tons and tons of teasers and announcements for your favorite comic book and comic book-based properties. Marvel and Netflix let loose last night with new footage and details on the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe on TV, which is quickly becoming one of our favorite parts of that universe.

These new goodies came our way courtesy of the Luke Cage panel, which was dutifully livetweeted by Marvel’s Ryan Penagos if you’re looking for complete play by play. The highlights were the Luke Cage trailer above (of course), the Iron Fist trailer, and a brief teaser for Defenders, wherein Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist will all team up to save their city—with a little taunting from Stick for good measure.

As far as news, Daredevil was confirmed for a third season, and Luke Cage‘s release date was announced as September 30, worldwide. Jon Bernthal also stopped by to remind everyone that the Punisher is getting his own series at some point (which was teased a bit at the end of a Marvel/Netflix highlight reel), as well, but we still don’t know much about that just yet. We also didn’t get any word on Iron Fist’s release date, a second season for Jessica Jones, or the outside chance that Netflix would save Agent Carter for us.

Stay tuned—this is just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting weekend.
