We’re so excited that the Wonder Woman movie is finally here, but let’s never forget the love we have for the Wonder Women who came before her.

In a mash-up from ScreenCrush, check out Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, and Danny Huston diving and fighting to the tune that accompanied Lynda Carter in the 1970s. (For all the Wonder Women in-between, from the weird and the animated, you can also check out Burger Fiction’s compilation of the heroine’s TV and movie appearances.) Carter sadly won’t be appearing in the new Wonder Woman, but she’s given Gadot her blessing and even spoke to director Patty Jenkins for a period of time over the phone.

The video is a nice fan-made mash up that brings the two together in delicious cheesiness that’ll have you leaping and singing “Wonder Wo-maaaaan” to yourself all day on your way to the theater. The lasso noises, the edits, and font are all an awesome replication of the original, which you can reference here.

What do you think about the mashup?
