The long awaited seventh season of Doctor Who will premiere some time this fall, just about a year from the ending of the previous season, with only a single Christmas special between them to tide fans over. That wait alone would make the season a hotly anticipated one, but fans of the show know we’re also in for a brand new Companion, and that means we’re going to be saying goodbye to the first companions of the current Doctor, Amy and Rory Pond.

And with Steven Moffat on the job, that could mean just about anything that involves tears.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
