This isn’t specific just to men, but given how many terrible men we’ve been seeing do terrible things, and following them up with terrible apologies, I’m gonna say a lot of men could get some use out of this. If you’re wondering if you’re part of the problem, and what to do about it, game designer Elizabeth Sampat has designed a guide for recognizing behavior and crafting meaningful, sincere apologies.
