The wait is over, and we finally have a new trailer for Deadpool 2, and this one’s much more of an actual trailer than the Bob Ross-themed tease we got previously—for a Deadpool trailer, anyway. There’s still a comical handheld action figure interlude, but there’s also plenty of actual footage from the movie to look at, even if it’s not quite polished up yet.

It’s also our first really good look at Josh Brolin’s Cable, whose seriousness in his own outlandish time-travel plot looks to provide a solid foil to Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool’s complete lack of seriousness. There’s also another incredibly brief look at Zazie Beetz’s Domino and Brianna Hildebrand returning as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, among others. The movie arrives in theaters on May 18.
