Only Marvel could get me to watch Monday Night Football just for a glimpse of Carol Danvers. The start of the week of Marvel releases is upon us and now, we have a new glimpse at Captain Marvel! Rumor has it that this week will also feature a trailer drop for Avengers 4 and maybe we’ll even finally have confirmation on what the title will be.

In the meantime, we get to bask in the glory that is Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers and the first female-led movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The first trailer brought us the nostalgia of the 90s, getting us ready for the beeper-toting Carol that we’ll eventually meet in Avengers 4, since Nick Fury called her at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.

So what does the new trailer mean for Carol? Well, see for yourself.

Basically, Carol Danvers was made to be the strongest warrior in the world and she is going to save the world. “I’m not going to fight in your war, I’m going to end it.”

Twitter reactions have also been on fire regarding our beloved Miss Danvers, gearing up for her debut and what it means for the future of the MCU.

Honestly though, there is a quote we’re going to be talking about for the rest of time though.

Many were excited for just finally getting to see the Captain Marvel universe come to life.

But, most importantly, we all know that, at the end of the die, we would sacrifice ourselves for Carol Danvers.

We’ll be covering all the news and reviews on Captain Marvel as we continue to get closer to the release date. Captain Marvel hits theaters on March 8th and we can’t wait.
