I can’t call this the best Halloween costume ever, because this is the internet, so someone will immediately name something in the comments to refute any claim of “best Halloween costume ever.” But I can probably say without much argument from the peanut gallery that this video of some friends getting together to dress up as the trick or treating experience (based possibly on this infamous DocPop comic) is up there.
