Last night’s midseason finale had all the dramatic flares you’d expect, including an unexpected death. Poor Billy met his fate at the hands of an unwitting Oliver, but also … Laurel is back!? What? Meanwhile, Prometheus has gotten away—for now. You can’t just leave us on winter hiatus like this, Arrow!
