The first installment of Lauren Faust’s Super Best Friends Forever short from Cartoon Network’s DC Nation block was universally adored by us here at The Mary Sue. That’s why we’re SUPER excited to show you a sneak peak at the next installment hitting televisions this weekend. I’m personally bouncing off the walls because this one features Batgirl! Hit the jump to check out the clip plus one from this week’s other short, Animal Man!

Oddly enough, I had forgotten that Faust had five separate shorts plans for the SBFF so this new one was a delightful surprise. Check it out!

And here’s the second clip from the Animal Man short. I don’t know how many of you reading this are Buddy Baker fans but even if you aren’t, I think you’ll find this pretty cute. All you need to know is Buddy can mimic any animals’ abilities (i.e. speed of a cheetah, proportionate strength of an ant, etc.)

You can see the full, one-minute shorts this weekend during the DC Nation block on Cartoon Network.
