Batgirl is coming to a Batman Rocksteady game. Batgirl is coming to a Rocksteady Batman game. Just let that sink in for a moment. Yes.

In a post on the official Batman: Arkham Knight forums, community admin Yorick revealed a few special details about the video game’s expensive $40 season pass. The leadoff reveal was the first rendering of the playable Batgirl. She’ll be starring in her own prequel story expansion. This marks the first time Batgirl has shown up as a playable character in any of the Rocksteady-created Batman games.

In addition to Batgirl, the announcement revealed a few other things like content packs with extra story missions, playable story arcs with Batman’s allies, and race tracks themed to iconic Batmobiles.

Can’t wait to race through psychedelic 1960s Gotham.

What do you think of the new playable Batgirl?
