Today on “things you didn’t realize you needed”: a life-sized BB-8 floor lamp! That’s right, you, too, can have your very own BB-8 floor lamp that sits and glows and looks super freakin’ cute.

It’s on sale over at ThinkGeek for $350. That’s a lot of credits, but to be honest, can you really put a price on such a cute lamp? Personally, I think they missed out by not having a little detachable pen light/book light or something that sticks out of a fake lighter. I mean can you imagine?

This is the closest thing you’ll get to having a life-sized BB-8, unless you want to put in the time and effort like this teenager did when he built his own BB-8 that ended up being so much cheaper than the Sphero version.

So, what do you think? Are you picking up one of these lamps for yourself (or for your favorite TMS staffers I’m just saying…).
