The master confection maker Jasmin Fine has created the perfect treat for those who prefer to eat beer rather than drink it: The Guinness Jell-O shot. Now, while I am personally biased against Jell-O shots, I am pretty big fan of clever food making and these are sterling examples of that. The lower portion is made from a Guinness Jell-O, while the “foamy” head is a separate Irish cream creation topping off this tasty, spill-proof treat. There’s even a recipe for lighter beers, if that’s your thing.
