The Marine Corps Ball is apparently going to be quite the star-studded event. First Mila Kunis agrees to attend, then Justin Timberlake, and now this young man is asking, of all people, Betty White to attend the ball with him. Not that we question his taste–she’s Betty White, and she’s pretty hot for 89. We’d ask her out, too.

Sgt. Ray Lewis, making perhaps the most involved video to date, asks out Ms. White in class, commenting that “she’s funny, she’s sweet, she’s mature, she’s the all-around perfect woman. I really think that we’d have a good time….I think we could laugh together.”

Oh, celebs, it is on. Mila Kunis, the first to be publicly asked out on youtube, accepted her invitation after a teensy shove by Justin Timberlake. Then, after Corporal Kelsey De Santis asked Justin Timeberlake to the same event (backed up by some huge marine dudes), Timberlake accepted as well:

I’ll tell you what: I accept. But not because she shouted out one of my songs, which I do love. And not because she had all those beefcake military guys behind her to intimidate me.

Now it’s up to Betty White. I can’t imagine she’d say no, unless her schedule (or, god forbid, her health) gets in the way. But now the floodgates have been opened. How far can we take this, guys? Does this only apply to people who have enlisted? Do you have to be willing to risk your life for your country? Or does it apply to, say, internet writers? No reason, just wondering….

In related news, Matthew Lewis has not responded to my previous request.
