Sadly, this is only an unpainted resin statue of Cthulhu. Not an “8-1/4″ high, 3/8″ thick” chocolate replica of the High Priest of the Great Old Ones. Fantasy artist Paul Carrick attempted to fob it off as one for an April Fools joke, but we’re really hoping someone takes his initiative and makes some real ones.

Who wouldn’t want to see one of these nestled in an Easter Basket? I mean, if a chocolate Flying Spaghetti Monster isn’t available? I wouldn’t say no, and I don’t even like chocolate.

Susana Polo thought she'd get her Creative Writing degree from Oberlin, work a crap job, and fake it until she made it into comics. Instead she stumbled into a great job: founding and running this very website (she's Editor at Large now, very fancy). She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
