Probably not. Tennant’s sporting the shaggy extensions temporarily, and not for the 50th Anniversary special, but for his role in Richard II. Truly, attempting to emulate late 1300s hair trends is the only reason why one should wear such an unkempt mane. Otherwise, get thee to a, um, place that sells conditioner.
