A few days ago, we reported that “Day of the Doctor” would be shown in movie theaters in 8 countries including the USA. At the time, no specific locations were available, but now it’s been announced that more than 300 theaters in the US will show the 75 minute special, and you can buy tickets tomorrow, October 25. Brilliant.

Only eleven of those 300 in big cities like Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Houston, Atlanta, Seattle, and Minneapolis will show the special simultaneously with its premiere on television, so you might want to get ready to buy your tickets when they go on sale at 9:00AM tomorrow. That’s the 9:00AM in the theater’s local time, by the way.

Residents of more remote locations will still get a chance to see it on the big screen, as the other theaters will be showing “Day of the Doctor” on Monday, November 25. Make sure you check carefully on the Fathom Events Page to see what’s going on in your area. You can also get some additional information on the Doctor Who website.
