In Stephen Colbert’s first night as host of the The Late Show, he interviewed Jeb Bush and demonstrated that he’s still got it when it comes to solid and fun interviews. On his second night in an interview with SpaceX and Tesla Motors’ Elon Musk, he demonstrated that he can still do things like call people supervillains.

Of course, nuking Earth would be a terrible idea for life, but Mars has a much different, horribly uninhabitable starting point, and nuking it sure would be the “fast way” to warm it up—though still probably a terrible idea for life.
