Exclusive Preview: Ms. Marvel #13 Encourages You to Get Out There and Vote

The time has come, not to lip sync for your life, but to get out there and vote. That’s right, it’s Election Day! All of those debates, Twitter memes and Facebook arguments have led to this very moment when the country decides who will be the next president—no pressure or anything.

To celebrate this time-honored tradition, Marvel is releasing Ms. Marvel #13 which features Kamala Khan walking the streets of her hometown of Jersey City to encourage her neighbors to exercise their right to vote. The big question on her mind is whether or not getting her contemporaries to vote will be more difficult than taking down Ultron. What do you think?

The comic was written by G. Willow Wilson, who also helped launch A-Force, and includes artwork by Mirka Andolfo, whose work can also be seen in DC’s Bombshells as well as Justice League of America: Killer Frost Rebirth. The cover was drawn by Joëlle Jones, creator of the comic Lady Killer.
