Paul Feig responded to what we can only imagine is a veritable legion of bitter people who are angry about the new Ghostbusters movie. He tweeted to all of them (can a tweet to an anonymous horde be a subtweet?), asking that they just let this movie happen.

We can’t begin to understand the kind of pressure and frustration he might be feeling as director, but we can safely say that all of us here at TMS are totally sick of the commenters who come out in droves whenever we post something related to Ghostbusters. They all say the same thing: “THIS ISN’T THE REAL GHOSTBUSTERS,” or, “MY CHILDHOOD IS RUINED.”

We get it already. Knock it off.
