Felicity Jones went on Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about her role in Inferno, but naturally Kimmel couldn’t help but bring up her upcoming role as Jyn Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

In the clip, Kimmel asks Jones if she’s ready to “be surrounded by a hoard of nerds” everywhere she goes until she dies. Star Wars fame is a big deal and definitely no joke. When it was confirmed that Donald Glover would play young Lando Calrissian, directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller jokingly said in a statement, “We’d like to publicly apologize to Donald for ruining Comic-Con for him forever.” Jones, in response, shared that she’s embracing her nerdiness and even recently played laser guns with her boyfriend.

I feel like I’m slowly joining the community. Recently we were sent a box of toy lazer guns which I have to say is the most fun ever. They’re amazing…I’m joining the nerd community. I’m with them!

We got some Star Wars Nerf guns at the office, and I can confirm–they are amazing. In the same spirit, Jones even gifted Kimmel a LEGO figure of Jyn Erso. “You know you’ve made it when you have your own LEGO,” replies the host. It’s no secret that lots of the Star Wars crew are huge geeks themselves, and it’s always nice to see that they’re as excited as we are. (Of course, hoarding someone isn’t cool but we all knew that, right?)
