For a movie about sub-zero temperatures, Frozen‘s fans certainly can get heated. Case in point? According to Japanese social media, a woman is divorcing her husband over irreconcilable differences of Frozen opinion. Get ready to lose all of your ice assets, bud.

Rocket News 24 reports that a user on Kikonsha no Hakaba (which translates to “The Gravesite of Married People.”Dear God, someone give the Internet a hug) claims his wife is asking for a divorce after he admitted he thought Anna and the Snow Queen, the Japanese Frozen, was only “an OK movie, I guess.” The heartbroken 31-year-old says he majored in Danish literature and even performed a research project on the material that inspired the movie—clear evidence that life is just an endless parade of tragic ironies leading to a lonely death.

After watching the movie at his wife’s insistence, the man says he admitted to not caring for it personally, and then asked if she really loved it as much as she claimed. Rocket News reports that the wife responded by saying, “If you can’t understand what makes this movie great, there’s something wrong with you as a human being!” asking for a divorce, and then moving to her parents’ house—all of which, you know, seems reasonable.

The husband claims the Frozen fiasco is the first serious threat to an otherwise happy six-year marriage, and that the couple are financially secure and have no problems with infidelity. At the time of the posting he and his wife had been estranged for a week.

Other users on Kikonsha no Hakaba urged the husband to go through with the divorce, since his wife appears to be a Grade-A weirdo, but what other advice do you really expect on a website dedicated to the death of love? Personally, I think that if this couple is actually a real couple and not someone’s impressively strange way of distracting Internet users from their own faltering marriages, homegirl obviously has something else going on.

Maybe she was sick of the reindeer?
