Game of Thrones is already pretty much against the idea of humanity when you think about it, what with the murdering and mutilating and raping and stuff. So why not add tasteless and offensive jokes into the mix along with it? That’s what the folks at Inn at the Crosswords figured, so they created their own custom Cards Against Humanity deck.
As part of a season four premiere party, Chelsea Monroe-Cassel of A Feast of Ice and Fire fame — that’s the official Game of Thrones themed cookbook, by the way — downloaded a set of blank cards for her guests to fill in, and the resulting deck was so much fun that she decided to make it available online for Inn at the Crossroad readers.
Here’s just a sampling of the cards you get in the Cards Against The Realm pack:
The original Cards Against Humanity game is copyrighted with a Creative Commons license. This means that it’s completely permissible to create your own decks and share them with your friends or online — so long as you don’t try to make any money off of it, of course. There are even websites with black and white card generators so you don’t need to use a photo-editing software to create a deck. But are they all going to have “Podrick Payne’s sexual prowess” in them? Sadly, probably not. Good thing we have this one now.
