Because this is the day I write about ghost sharks three separate times, here is our latest update in the ongoing saga: the ghost shark (of the SyFy movie, not that other one from down under) has a twitter account. In his own words:Â Just a misunderstood supernatural marine creature looking for a little understanding. And revenge.
The Ghost Shark opened up the tweet-gates with a quite generous offer:
And Twitter took him up on it.
He showed us (and we do mean us, personally, in what we believe marks the first time we have been retweeted by the homicidal ghost of a sea creature) his philosophical side:
And his angry, misunderstood side.
And we look forward to many more during the movie tonight, as well as the unrelated Ghost Shark 2: Urban Jaws, which should really open up the floor to discussions of the different kinds of ghost sharks.
So, while we’re not exactly sure who made this account (and briefly thought it was one of our own editors), we’re quite enjoying the result. And will all likely be glued to Ghost Shark tonight, just in case there really is an undead shark out there that already knows who we are, because, you know, that sounds like something you don’t really want to piss off.
