Usually when a website gives you a virus, it’s not fatal (to you, anyway). Usually when a website gives you a virus, you can’t cuddle it, though, so call it a tossup. Long story short: we’re doing a giveaway with GIANTmicrobes! You could win a boxed set of five plush mini-microbes all dressed up for Halloween, or a single vinyl microbe in oozing goo. Find out how below!

But first, more details on the prizes. The GIANTmicrobes Halloween box (pictured above) features Anthrax in a witch’s hat, the Flesh Eating bacteria with some vampire fangs, a fearsome masked Amoeba, a piratical Black Death, and the Ebola virus sporting some fetching stitches and Frankenstein-ian neck-bolts.

Anthrax, Black Death (pictured below), Flesh Eating bacteria, and Ebola are all also available as vinyl figures encased in ooze, and if plushies aren’t your thing, you’ll get a chance to grab one of those as well.

Here’s how:

  1. Like our Facebook page!
  2. And GIANTmicrobe’s page, if you’re into that sort of thing.
  3. Then, click here for the plushie box, OR, click here for the gooey figure.
  4. Either way, you’ll find yourself on a post on our Facebook page.
  5. Leave a comment on the post (if you’re commenting on the gooey figure post, make sure to let us know which microbe you’d like, Anthrax, Black Death, Flesh Eating bacteria, or Ebola). One winner will be randomly selected from each post (yes, you may comment on both).

Good luck! You have until 5pm EST Friday, October 26th. Any comments left after that point will be disqualified.
