And we’re not talking about tropes.

No, we’re talking about props, specifically a prop replica of Han Solo frozen in carbonite, and a sneaky props team.

From Geek With Curves:

A Han Solo in Carbonite was brought on set since Nathan Fillion is such a huge Star Wars fan.  The props team joked around and added it to sets whenever they could, it apparently became a running joke.  It didn’t get grabbed out of every scene before shooting though.

So far, according to the internet, the prop has been discovered in The Message (above), Objects in Space, Jaynestown, and Heart of Gold.

I wonder if Leia knows about all the time he spent in Kaylee’s bedroom?
